Dynapac says that its latest CC7000 VI asphalt compactor offers high productivity compaction. Featuring the firm’s advanced Seismic system, the machine adjusts compaction forces automatically to match the conditions. This ensures that the mat is compacted to specification quickly and with an optimum number of passes. The system also eliminates the risk of over-compaction, avoiding the risk of damage to the aggregate in the mat. The machine features a 2.13m-wide drum with a diameter of 1.4m, said to optimise compaction. This 14.65tonne machine features articulation and replaces the earlier CC722 model.
