CIFA expands its CARBOTECH range with the introduction of the new K60H with 7-section boom, a truck-mounted concrete pump designed to redefine performance, maneuverability and flexibility in the 60-metre class.

Developed to meet the demands of large infrastructure projects and complex construction sites, the new K60H combines compact road configuration, advanced boom geometry and high pumping performance, setting a new reference point for the segment.

A new concept of flexibility: the 7-section boom

At the core of the new K60H is the innovative 7-section boom, designed to significantly improve placement flexibility and jobsite accessibility.

Compared with the previous generation 6-section configuration, the new boom architecture allows operators to work more easily in restricted environments while reaching complex pouring points with greater precision.

The shorter individual sections make the boom more compact during transport and more adaptable during operation, allowing the machine to reach high points and position the pipeline closer to the pouring area.

This  configuration  also  drastically  reduces  the  space  required  to  open  the  boom: the minimum unfolding height is below 10 metres, approximately 32% lower than standard pumps in the same category, enabling operations in confined areas such as urban construction sites or buildings with limited overhead clearance.

The result is a machine that offers greater operational flexibility, easier deployment and faster setup, even in challenging jobsite conditions.

CARBOTECH technology for lightweight strength

The K60H benefits from CIFA’s CARBOTECH technology, which integrates carbon fiber components in the boom structure.

This advanced material allows the boom to maintain exceptional strength while significantly reducing weight, contributing to a better balance of the entire machine and improved operational stability.

The lightweight structure also enables the K60H to be mounted on a 5-axle chassis, maintaining compliance with legal road weight limits while delivering the reach and performance expected from a pump in the 60-metre range.

The machine layout has been optimized to eliminate overhangs both over the cab and at the rear, improving maneuverability and making the pump easier to handle on site.

Compact design, maximum maneuverability

Despite its long reach, the new K60H maintains a compact overall length of approximately 13.5 metres, ensuring excellent maneuverability both on the road and on the jobsite.

The design philosophy behind the project focused on balancing reach and compactness: a key requirement for contractors operating in modern construction environments where space constraints and logistics efficiency are increasingly critical.

The machine also benefits from improved modularity with other CIFA products, simplifying maintenance procedures and enhancing serviceability throughout the equipment lifecycle.

High-performance pumping unit

The new K60H is equipped with a high-performance pumping unit capable of delivering up to 180 m³/h, ensuring productivity levels suitable for large-scale projects and demanding applications.

This capability enables faster concrete placement and optimized pumping cycles, helping contractors reduce overall operation times while maintaining consistent performance.

Advanced control and digital management

The K60H is equipped as standard with CIFA Smartronic Advanced, the company’s advanced control system designed to enhance operational efficiency and machine monitoring.

The system integrates a wide range of functions including:
•    ASC advanced stability control
•    Maximum boom extension control
•    Automatic engine speed adjustment
•    Pumping unit management and diagnostics
•    LCD monitoring system
•    Rear capacitive control panel

For customers requiring further digital integration and advanced control features, Smartronic Advanced configurations are available as optional upgrades.

Designed for complex jobsites

The engineering approach behind the K60H focused on addressing the operational challenges faced by contractors working on large construction sites.

With its 7-section boom, compact road configuration, reduced unfolding height and high pumping capacity, the new pump is designed to maximize efficiency and safety during concrete placement operations.

This combination of structural innovation, digital control and productivity performance positions the K60H as a new benchmark for the 60-metre pump segment, offering contractors a versatile solution capable of adapting to the evolving demands of modern construction.
