Develon says that its new-generation excavators offer efficiency and operation. High performance is claimed for the machines, with a combination of powerful engines that are also highly fuel-efficient, fast cycle times and smooth and precise control.
The new -9 excavators offer a major gain in performance over the previous generation of machines. The DX260LC-9 is powered by a Develon DX05V diesel that delivers 171kW and meets the Tier 4 Final/Stage V emissions requirements. Weighing in at 26.3tonnes in standard configuration, the machine is equipped with a 1.4m3 capacity bucket as standard, although customers can choose from a range of different buckets.
Further down the range in size is the DX230LC-9 which weighs 23.6tonnes in standard configuration. This machine is equipped with a 1.2m3 bucket as standard, although a range of sizes and application-specific buckets are available to suit different duties. Power for the machine comes from a Develon DX05V diesel that is Tier 4 Final/Stage V emissions- compliant and delivers 141kW.
