Bids have been placed for building a new concrete road stretch in Paraguay. The project is being managed by Paraguay’s Ministry of public Works and Communications (MOPC).
This stretch of Paraguay’s PY05 will be the first section of road in the country to be built from concrete. The concrete road project will be carried out in two sections, with bids for both.
