The tender process for a new road project is now underway in Oman. The project is for the construction of a new dual carriageway, connecting Dibba, Limah and Khasab. The 55km dual carriageway is expected to cost US$1 billion to build. The coastal route runs between Dibba in the south, Limah and Khasab in the north of Oman. Contractors from Oman and Turkey have so far submitted bids for the work.
