Funding is being sought for a major highway project in Russia. The highway will connect the cities of Yekaterinburg and Kazan and building the link is expected to cost US$1.77 billion.
The new highway will connect with the existing M-12 highway, which links through to Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow. Management of the project is being handled by the state-owned road company,Avtodor.
