Financing has been secured to help pay for a series of road and infrastructure projects for Mongolia. The Asian Development Bank is supplying a loan of US$60 million that will help pay for upgrading a 118km stretch of the road connecting Darkhan with Altanbulag, the 58km road linking Khuiten Valley with Arvaikheer and the 204km road between capital Ulaanbaatar and Darkhan. A loan worth $27 million will be used to help pay for upgrades to the border crossings at Bichigt and Borshoo.
