Roads and bridges in Egypt will benefit from investment in the 2021-2022 financial year. A budget of more than US$488 million has been set to improve roads and bridges in Egypt during the period.
The Egyptian Ministry of Planning has said that sustainable local development will be set as a priority. New road links and new bridges will be constructed. Meanwhile, repairs and maintenance works will also be carried out.
