Simex is introducing its new VSE TORNADO screening buckets. The units are designed for onsite material separation, even in wet or damp soil conditions. Featuring either two- or three-shaft configuration with star elements, the VSE TORNADO is said to deliver better material swirling, improved performance, and increased operational profitability. The range is available in six different models, suiting use with mini and midi excavators from 1.5-10tonnes.
The units are compact and versatile and can be used for duties ranging from soil cleaning and removal of debris, stones, and gravel, to compost aeration, as well as for bedding-layer preparation and backfilling of underground utilities and pipelines.
The VSE TORNADO buckets are equipped with a Simex-patented system that allows for the quick replacement of the entire shaft or individual screening elements. This mechanism enables easy adjustment of the output particle size, drastically reducing machine downtime
and ensuring optimal performance across a wide range of materials.
Depending on operational requirements, the bucket can be fitted with polyurethane or steel tools, for use in different working conditions.
