Simex is offering an array of improved, versatile hydraulic attachments that deliver increased performance. The next-generation VSE TORNADO range of screening buckets allow users to optimise material separation onsite, even on wet ground. The units feature two- or three-shafts with star-shaped elements, increasing material swirling and performance. Six models are available, suiting use with mini and midi excavators from 1.5-10tonnes.
The VSE TORNADO buckets feature a patented quick replacement system for the shafts, allowing the entire shaft or individual elements to be replaced quickly. This reduces downtime and maximises performance. The buckets can be equipped with polyurethane or steel tools, suiting use with different materials.
The firm’s TF double-drum cutter heads ensure high precision and productivity when creating trenches, profiling rock or concrete walls, performing tunnel maintenance or working in quarries. They also deliver superior performance in situations where traditional systems are not effective and percussion tools have efficiency limitations. The units suit carriers weighing from 2.5-75tonnesand are heavy-duty in design and construction.
The cutters operate quietly and with reduced vibrations, allowing work to be carried out without disturbance in sensitive areas such as residential zones or infrastructure sites. They also produce milled material that can be reused immediately, providing both economic and operational advantages for the jobsite.
