A partnership between Mott MacDonald, Arcadis and CPCS will handle the role of consultant for the UKDepartment for Transport’s (DfT) new STARThree framework.
This innovative new framework will replace the existing Specialist Technical Advisory (STARTwo) framework, which enables access to high quality, professionally qualified and experienced specialist third party advisory support for a range of service requirements.
Through the new four-year framework, the trio will work collectively to supply a range of services covering areas such as transport planning and strategy, transport operations advice, commercial advice, transport infrastructure advice and transport programme advice.
