Completion of Macedonia’s €600 million Kicevo-Ohrid Motorway will be delayed. The route will not be complete until the end of 2026. The motorway was originally intended to be ready for traffic at the end of 2023. Construction of the motorway commenced in 2014 by Chinese contractor Sinohydro Corporation. The 36 month delay has been voted for by the North Macedonian Parliament.
