Tendering is open for amajor new road project in China. The 62km road link will connect Liangcheng and Fenshui. Building the new road is expected to cost US$1.2 billion. The work will be carried out in two stretches of roughly equal length. Construction of the new road will reduce journey times between Liangcheng and Fenshui. The tender is being run via the Shandong Province Public Resource Trading Platform for Shandong High Speed Shenyang Haikou High Speed Road.
