Discussions have been held in Vietnam over the 113km Ring Road No 4 project. The plan is to build a route that will improve transport connections between Bac Ninh Province and Hung Yen Province.
Building the route is expected to cost up to US$3.67 billion. The financing model for the project has yet to be finalised, although there have been preliminary discussions. The design of the route has also yet to be established although agreement has been reached on the alignment.
