A new freeway connection project is planned for Taiwan’s Taoyuan City. The work will see new access roads being built to connect with National Freeway 3. These will link Daying Road in Daxi District and Fengde Road in Bade District with the freeway. A number of new interchanges will be built to complete the road connections.
The construction work is expected to cost US$174.6 million. Funding is being provided jointly by the authorities in Taoyaun City and Taiwan’s freeway foundation. The project should be complete by 2026.
