Prime Creative Media acquires Global Highways

Australian B2B publisher also buys sister title ITS International

Prime Creative Media, through its international subsidiary Prime Global Publishing, has acquired Global Highwaysand its sister publication ITS International from Route One Publishing.

The acquisition strengthens Prime Global Publishing’s support of the international infrastructure and construction sectors, building on the successful 2024 acquisition ofAggregates Business EuropeandAggregates Business International, also from Route One.

Christine Clancy, CEO of Prime Global Publishing and Prime Creative Media, said the acquisition reflects the company’s commitment to investing in industries that underpin economic growth and global connectivity.

“ITS InternationalandGlobal Highwaysare highly-respected brands with deep connections to their audiences,” said Ms Clancy. “Bringing them into our portfolio strengthens our ability to serve the global infrastructure and transport sectors with high-quality, insight-driven content.”

She added that the acquisition aligns with Prime Creative Media and Prime Global Publishing’s purpose of growing individuals, organisations and industries.

“Our goal is to build platforms that help industries thrive. By investing in these titles, we’re reinforcing our commitment to delivering value to readers, partners and stakeholders across the infrastructure ecosystem.”

Route One Publishing welcomes the transition, noting the strong strategic fit between the titles and Prime Global Publishing’s support of these industries.

Andrew Barriball, publisher of ITS Internationaland MD of Route One, joins Prime Global Publishing as chief operating officer – international, alongside members of the ITS InternationalandGlobal Highwaysteams.

Mike Woof will remain editor of ITS International, with Graeme McQueen continuing as sales director.

Sarah Biswell continues her role as head of digital across both titles.
