Major improvement works are being planned for the Ohio Turnpike in the US. Bridge projects will be carried out, as well as road maintenance works.
A budget of US$233 million has been set for the work, which will be carried out during the coming 12 months. New tolling technology will be installed, which will allow open road tolling to be introduced in the second quarter of 2022.
The work is being planned by the Ohio Turnpike and Infrastructure Commission.
