Two major road deals have been signed that will improve road transport for Côte d’Ivoire. The contracts have been won by Colas Afrique and are worth over US$219 million and should be completed in the third quarter of 2023.
The deal for improvement works to the 133km route linking Agnibilékrou and Bondoukou, as well as providing a new link from Agnibilékrou to Takikro on the border with Ghana is worth over $191 million. Colas Afrique will also carry out road maintenance and upgrade works in the cities of Agnibilékrou, Bondoukou and Takikro.
