Faithful+Gould has been appointed by England’s National Highways to support the agency’s US$3 billion (£2.5 billion)Regional Investment Programme in the north of England.
The four-year Project Controls Services contract will see Faithful+Gould – a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group – provide schedule and cost management across the North West, Yorkshire, North East and Midlands regions. Work will deal with issues around safety, congestion and capacity. This includes upgrading national A roads, motorway junctions and link roads, as well as providing new carriageways for motorways and A roads.

The scope of work will be delivered from offices across the Faithful+Gould network including in Nottingham, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, Stockton, London, Cardiff and Bristol. There will also be involvement from Atkins, a member of the SNC-Lavalin Group, as Faithful+Gould will draw on its partners and supply chain to be able to deliver the service.
