XenomatiX expands its road inspection portfolio with the new XT Profiler

XenomatiX has introduced the XT Profiler, a Class 1 longitudinal profiler for making advanced road inspections more affordable without compromising accuracy or certification.

XenomatiX, a maker of solid state lidar technology, said that for years it has set the benchmark in high-precision road inspection with its 6D Road Scanning System for certified, repeatable and automated pavement measurements.

Built on the proven 6D technology that combines 3D geometry with intensity map insights, the new XT Profiler delivers professional-grade road inspection in a compact, accessible package. At its core is true solid-state LiDAR, no point-laser or line-scan systems. This enables consistent, high-quality measurements including true zero-speed and stop-and-go profiling. The system is ICART and NCAT certified, ensuring compliance with international industry standards, an essential requirement for official road condition assessments.

The XT Profiler offers a future-proof approach to road inspection. Users can start with essential functionality and unlock additional features through upgrades as their needs evolve; no hardware replacement required. XenomatiX said that this flexibility makes the XT Profiler an ideal starting point for organisations taking their first step into automated road inspection.

XenomatiX will showcase the XT Profiler at the TRB Annual Meeting in Washington, DC from January 11-15, at its booth 301. Visitors will learn more about how this new solution brings certified, LiDAR-based road inspection is within reach of a broader range of users.

XenomatiX said it is the first company to develop true solid-state LiDAR technology combined with edge AI. Its solutions support a wide range of industrial and mobility applications, including automotive, smart cities, drones, and pavement inspection.

XenoTrack, an iCART- and NCART-certified system, enables accurate and cost-effective pavement inspection by measuring key indices such as IRI and PCI. Designed for maximum versatility, XenoTrack integrates seamlessly into any vehicle, which is why the company said it offers turnkey solutions, including the XenoVan and XenoBike.

For 3D perception, XenomatiX builds Xavia, a true solid state LiDAR sensor combined with a camera that delivers high-quality 6D data, enhancing applications in security, crowd analytics and material handling.

XenomatiX products have been recognised by international programmes, including the Geo Week Game Changer, IRF GRAA Award, CES Innovation Award and the Geospatial Excellence Award.

Headquartered in Belgium, the company employs around 50 people across Europe and the US with a global distribution network.
