All the models – designed and manufactured in the company’s plant in Annecy, France – can be fitted with buckets of up to 750 litres. The company said they are “more than a loader” because of their 360° rotation, maximum dumping height and static loading.
“The 12-Series stands out for its innovative features and is our key asset for all urban worksites,” said Alexandre Marchetta, president of Mecalac Group, a specialist in the design and manufacturer of compact machines for urban worksites.
The models also have greater versatility with the CONNECT quick coupler, Mecalac Tiltrotator compatibility and optimised ground-speed management, independent of attachment feed.
The 12MSX offers a level of performance and reliability that surpasses traditional 10-tonne excavators, while optimising costs. It retains the same architecture as the 12MTX, the same compactness (2710mm turning diameter), the same 0.75m³ loader bucket and can lift up to 4 tonnes at 360°. Its 55kW engine requires no AdBlue.
The 12MTX has an 85kW engine and a lifting performance of up to 4 tonnes at 360°. Optional features have been extended to include a float-boom function, tiltrotator and joystick steering.
Meanwhile, the 12MRX has all the benefits of the 12MTX, but with a more powerful attachment drive pump, wide, heavy-duty axles, travel speeds of up to 40km/h and greater tractive effort. Most of the new productivity options are standard on the 12MRX.
