Venieri has partnered with construction equipment supplier Conagri to break into the UK market. The partnership marks a major milestone in Conagri’s expansion and brings one of Italy’s most respected manufacturers of earthmoving equipment to the British market.
Venieri has a long-standing history of innovation, beginning 77 years ago when Italian brothers Ferdinando and Carlo Venieri built their first crawler tractor – the 30kW Cingoletta – by converting a military vehicle left behind after the war. VF Venieri is now a global leader in designing and manufacturing innovative earthmoving equipment, from loaders and telescopic machines to customised solutions. Based in Lugo, Italy, it has a 70,000m² production facility that provides reliable, efficient machinery tailored to its customers’ needs around the world.
The UK launch includes access to the full, standard Venieri range, which covers compact and heavy-duty machines for both agriculture and construction. These include wheeled loaders, telescopic wheeled loaders, multi-functional loaders, and backhoe loaders — including the globally unique articulated backhoe design. The machines span operational weights from 3.6tonnes to 22tonnes.
At Conagri’s depot, customers can now view and trial the VF 1.63D TL compact articulated wheeled loader with telescopic arm. Despite its small footprint, this model boasts an operating weight of up to 3.6tonnes and a maximum tipping load of 2.3tonnes. Its top road speed of 40kph further reflects Venieri’s engineering emphasis on versatility and real-world efficiency.
That’s not all. In fact, the VF 823E articulated backhoe loader – a masterpiece in Venieri’s product line – is going to be available soon in the UK, as well. This model is the only one of its kind in the world to combine articulation with hydrostatic transmission. Unlike traditional gear or powershift systems, Venieri’s hydrostatic transmission enables the operator to move the machine by precise increments, offering unparalleled control.
