Studies are being carried outin the Philippines for the NLEX-Cavitex Port Expressway Link project. Metro Pacific Tollways (MPTC) is evaluating the viability of the project, which has an expected pricetag of US$1.66 billion.
The NLEX-Cavitex Port Expressway Link is conceived as having three sections. One will be a 5.7km road linking with Anda Circle. Another will be a 4.6km stretch connecting Buendia Avenue with Andas Circle. The largest section will be the stretch from Cavyx to Budtia Avenue.
Building the NLEX-Cavitex Port Expressway Link will include a tunnel stretch so a TBM will be required for the project.
