Taiwan’s National Freeway 3 has now passed its environmental review. With an estimated cost of US$511 million, the project is expected to improve traffic flow for the Bade District of Taoyuan City.
An increase in population in the area has resulted in a growth in the number of vehicles using the interchange and traffic delays are common at peak periods.
