Widening work will be carried out on National Highway 66 in Koch,India. The road will be widened so that it features three lanes in either direction between Kodungalloor to the north of Kochi and Edappally, in the city itself.
The project is expected to cost US$468.3 million and is expected to cut congestion in Kochi, home to one of India’s important ports. The historic city of Kochi is located in Kerala State and is on India’s south western coast.
