A new bridge project in Côte d’Ivoire capital Abidjan is now receiving a key funding package. The financing for Abidjan’s fourth bridge is now being provided by the African Development Bank (AfDB). The US$379.5 million package will help pay for the new bridge, which will improve transport connections between Yopougon and Plateau. The new link will improve traffic flow in the area, cutting congestion and journey times for drivers.
