Global Cranes Sales, in partnership with Zoomlion, has sold four Zoomlion RT55 rough terrain cranes to Ser Global, Brazil’s main foreign trade company. To express its high level of satisfaction with the new Zoomlion RT55 cranes, Ser Global held an open house to publicly display the four units. Zoomlion RT cranes are said to meet the tallest expectations for engineering and design, and five models are available, with lifting capacities ranging from 35-100tonnes.

Montabert has updated its most well-known hydraulic breaker. When the French company started making hammers 40 years ago, its first breaker was called the BRH501. Now Montabert is launching a new series of breakers and the first model is called the 501 Next Generation. Weighing in at 730kg, the breaker has the same power as Montabert’s previous 1,000kg models. This increase in power to weight will allow demolition contractors to use the breaker on longer reach machines, or on smaller excavators if required.

While Lameter’s weld-free block-handling forks may cost a little more to purchase than the competition, business development manager Giulio Riccardi said his products are cheaper in the long run. The individually-forged forks are located by a crossbar and held in by bolts whereas, with other designs, the forks are welded into position. Allu has added three new models to its range of screening buckets. The Allu DL series has been designed for excavators between 4 and 12tonnes and loaders between 2 and 8tonnes. The design of the DL series bucket’s top screen ensures that it won’t clog, even with wet materials, according to the manufacturer. The screening blades and top screens can be changed to vary the size of the end product, which is dependent on the spacing between the combs.
