US$3.66 billion to build 800km of new roads for Rajasthan
Rajasthan in India will benefit from US$3.6 billion worth of new road projects, extending the state’s network by 800km. There will be nine major projects, with the works being planned by the Union Road Transport and Highways Ministry.
The Northern Jaipur Ring Road will measure 110km and is one of the key projects being planned. Also amongst the nine projects are the Jaipur-Kishangarh-Jodhpur to Amritsar highway and the Kotputli-Agra Greenfield Expressway.
