Because it combines the benefits of the company’s proven modular universal formwork and the LOGO.3 wall formwork system, NeoR can be used universally, making it ideal suited for construction of foundations, beams, columns, and walls.

The formwork panels of the NeoR lightweight formwork have a maximum weight of just 41.3kg on the element 900mm x 1500mm. It can easily be assembled and moved in twos and smaller panels solely on site by hand without a crane or other transport aids.

At the same time, the NeoR lightweight formwork boasts significantly higher fresh concrete pressure absorption of 50kN/m² - an improvement on the Modular system’s 30kN/m².

A further advantage of the new formwork system is the low overall height of only 750mm, which ensures particularly low storage and transport volumes.

NeoR can also be assembled in both upright and sideways direction so there is no need for a second system of different dimensions, making a client’s investment in formwork go further.

The optimum panel assortment ranges from formwork panel widths of 150-900mm in 150mm increments, which will be available in both 900mm and 1500mm heights. As a result, a floor height of up to 3m can be built with just one extension of the panels.

With NeoR, even large areas can be moved quickly and economically without any problems – this is where the large-size panel with 1800mm x 3000mm comes in useful. The range is supplemented by 50m and 60m filler posts for width adjustments and matching plastic filler pieces.

The NeoR locking screw DW12.5x160 ensures a secure and fast connection. Due to the reinforced, 15mm thick plywood, the multi-purpose panels have a fresh concrete pressure absorption of 60kN/m².

The panels are available in dimensions of 60cm x 90cm and 60cm x 150cm and offer maximum variability in manufacturing concrete columns. Square and rectangular column cross-sections with an adjustment range from 20-50cm and 5cm gradation can be formed with four multi-purpose panels at a time.

In addition to its use as column form panels, the NeoR multi-purpose panel can also be used for the end stop or as frontal end formwork by mounting the multi-purpose panel to the adjacent NeoR formwork panels using locking screws. The hole grid in the multi-purpose panel uses 5 cm intervals, so that wall thicknesses can be set with the same spacing of 10-40 cm. In addition, implementation with the standard wall thickness of 24cm is also possible.

The inside corner post and compensation panels are used together with the multi-purpose panel to form right angles. The multi-purpose panel is connected directly to the compensation panel via the integrated hole profiles by means of locking screws. In this way, wall thicknesses of 5-35cm in 5cm modular formwork and wall thicknesses of 24cm can be easily implemented in the system.

Worker safety at work is ensured by the Grip tread, which can be used as a working platform for the column form in combination with the Grip attachment. For this purpose, the accessories have been expanded to include the NeoR Multi ladder attachment for aligning the ladder and the Grip attachment.

New formwork range from Paschal

For almost three years, Paschal’s LOGO.pro wall formwork with one-sided anchor technology has been significantly optimising time and cost expenditures on the construction site.

LOGO.pro has now been expanded to include the new panel height of 340cm allowing it to shutter even larger wall heights. All this without the additional extension of segments or needing only two panels to reach a height of up to 6.80m, for example.

Due to the large dimensions, there are fewer panel elements per wall surface and therefore also fewer accessories – and in particular connecting parts – to be mounted. This significantly reduces not only shuttering times, but the cost of materials used.

In addition to the new large-size panel 240cm x 340cm, the LOGO.pro formwork panels are available in panel centimeter widths of 135, 90, 75, 60, 45 and 30, as well as matching inside and outside corner posts.

At the heart of the LOGO.pro formwork system are exchangeable sleeves made of steel. The guide bushings built into the formwork are equipped with a conical access opening in the appropriate diameter for DW15 and DW20 tie rods. This means that the classic type of two-sided anchoring is possible.

To change over to one-sided anchoring, the guide bushings on the side of the adjustable formwork are merely replaced with clamping units.

Both anchor variants use standard material and cladding tubes can be selected as required.
